On March 3, the X8151 CRE train departed from Xi'anguojigang Railway Station, carrying goods such as daily necessities, automotive parts and cosmetics, heading westward to Duisburg, Germany. This marks the 600th departure for the CRE (Xi'an) train this year.
Since the beginning of the year, CR-Xi'an has partnered with various units in the region to optimize cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency for the CRE train. This has led to a 20% reduction in return trip costs and a 52.9% improvement in assembly efficiency.
Thanks to scientific scheduling, precise loading and efficient coordination, the Xi'anguojigang Railway Station has achieved efficient operation of the trains. Notably, since February 22, the station has achieved a daily average of 966 carloads, setting new records three times, with a single-day high of 1,314 carloads. On February 28, 24 CRE trains departed from the station, with a CRE train departing or arriving every hour, setting a single-day record for the station.
As the first station in China to cumulatively operate over 25,000 CRE trains, Xi'anguojigang Railway Station has opened 18 international transport routes and connected 26 domestic collection lines, achieving full coverage of major cargo sources in Eurasia. Additionally, deep cooperation with countries like Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan has further improved the efficiency and service capacity of CRE (Xi'an) train, providing solid support for its development.
