Steady Progress in Construction of Caijiagou Double-Track Grand Bridge on Chongqing-Wanzhou High Speed Railway

The construction of the Caijiagou Double-Track Grand Bridge on the Chongqing-Wanzhou High Speed Railway is currently progressing steadily. Located in Fuling District, Chongqing, the bridge features the highest main pier along the entire Chongqing-Wanzhou High Speed Railway, standing at 150.5 meters. As a key component of China's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network, specifically the Baotou-Haikou and Beijing-Kunming corridors, the Chongqing-Wanzhou High Speed Railway will significantly enhance connectivity between the urban clusters of the Three Gorges Reservoir area in northeastern Chongqing and the main metropolitan area upon completion. This will greatly improve travel convenience for residents along the route.
